01
Start with one real workflow
Bring a task that repeatedly interrupts your day: collecting an enquiry, working through a schedule change or preparing information for a follow-up. We identify what starts the task, what a useful result looks like and who owns the decision.
Receptionist, Dispatcher, Sales Follow-Up, Admin Assistant and Scribe are included in both plans. You choose which workflows to configure first, with Titus coordinating the team.
02
Agree access before action
iMessage and the browser-based PWA are the centerpiece of the experience. Setup confirms the channel available to you, supported connected systems and the business information Titus may use. A calendar or inbox is not automatically available just because you mention it.
We distinguish looking up information, preparing a draft and taking an action. You agree what may happen automatically, what needs approval and who receives exceptions. Missing information should lead to a question or a human handoff, not a guessed commitment.
03
Test the complete handoff
A useful setup test follows the request through to its result. Include missing details, unavailable times, duplicate requests and an exception that needs a person. Confirm that each connected agent receives the relevant context and that approval is requested before a restricted action.
The exact acceptance checks depend on your deployment. An example conversation on this site is an illustration, not evidence that an agent can already access your accounts or complete that action for your business.
04
Keep an owner for the work
Decide who reviews drafts, resolves exceptions and changes the instructions when your business changes. During scoping, agree how completed work and issues will be reviewed, together with any ongoing management responsibilities.
Before you start, we confirm the selected agents, connected systems, setup scope, monthly price and usage terms. Standard supports direct delegation; Legion adds team/customer group workflows and higher included usage. Exact allowances and overage rates are being finalized.
